Mallorca Gold has three offices: Palma (Head office) is directed by Fred van der Doelen) and oversees the area of Palma, Son Vida, Portals and Bendinat. Another office in Port Andratx directed by Daniel Waschke focuses on the areas of Port Andratx, Camp de Mar and Nova Santa Ponsa. Our third office is located in Sóller directed by Jaime Roig and oversees the area of Valldemossa, Deia and Soller. We have more than 10 years of experience in the very high end and our sophisticated advice goes beyond finding your desired Property, we also advise you on taxes, reforms, financing, taxation, etc.
I was born in Palma de Mallorca to a German mother and Basque father and I felt the need to leave Mallorca for a while after my university studies in Economics and stayed in Berlin for 3 years and in Cologne for 2.Then I felt that there cannot be a better place to live anywhere else in Europe than Mallorca. In 1999 I married Mariana, and we have 3 wonderful children. I started gaining experience in the high-end real estate business in Port Andratx in 2003 and since 2014 I have been managing partner of Mallorca Gold.
