Terraza Balear is a Mallorca-based interior design and architecture studio. For over 10 years we have created integral interior design projects inspired by the Mediterranean, forging a perfect communion between architecture, interior design and the sorrounding, resulting in inviting spaces that convey wellbeing, tranquillity and harmony.

2021 marked a milestone in our journey, with the opening of Minotti Mallorca by Terraza Balear, the new flagship store of the renowned Italian contemporary furniture brand, located in the historic centre of Palma. An idyllic space and an unmissable go-to address for discerning design lovers.
The Mediterranean is our inexhaustible source of inspiration. We work hand in hand with architects and developers to create integral interior design projects for residential and commercial properties, in which interior and exteriors merge and flow almost imperceptibly and in harmony with their surroundings. We combine contemporary Made in Italy sophistication with the Mediterranean lifestyle to create elegant distinctive concepts.
The Mediterranean lifestyle provides us with an endless source of inspiration and is present at each stage of the creative process. For defining the initial concept, the early sketches, the creation of mood boards and the development of each detail taken into consideration when carrying out the project.
We work in the Balearic Islands and internationally, thanks to our innovative project management platform, which allows us to design interiors anywhere in the world and stay in close contact with our clients. From stunning city lofts in Europe’s major capitals to cosy holiday homes in the Swiss Alps – any destination is perfect for experiencing beauty and luxury with a subtly Mediterranean touch.
In addition to our furniture projects we also offer integral solutions, 360º interior design concepts that take care of each and every detail, from the design of kitchens, dressing rooms and bathroom furniture, as well as art advisory and stylism services.
We create nautical interior design projects for yachts and superyachts, blending the Mediterranean lifestyle with the excellence of contemporary Italian furniture.
When I started Terraza Balear 10 years ago, my vision was to create sacred spaces inspired by the beauty of Mallorca and with maximum focus on creating a harmonious setting. What began as a two-person company now employs more than 70 professionals, including interior designers, architects, decorators…
